Voice in the Cloud: Algar Telecom launches a solution developed by Brain

The Algar Telecom, the telecommunications and IT company of the Algar Group, is launching o Voice in the Cloud, a new solution that will help small operators and ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to expand their service portfolio. In addition, Voice on the Cloud was developed by Brain and marks the entry of innovative solutions for the high volume market.

What is Voice in the Cloud?

At first, the technology, sold in the white label  model (without the Algar Telecom brand for the user), will allow the end customer of small operators and ISPs to use voice services connected to the Internet safely and flexibility. This, through digital fixed telephony (VoiP via SIP-Trunk). Thus, the proposal is that these companies can strengthen their portfolios. Another benefit is to offer more complete combos to retain your customer base.

In addition, when contracting the package, operators and ISPs will have fixed telephony as a service. As well as, with all the capillarity of Algar Telecom’s infrastructure, interconnected to the main operators and present in more than 3,200 cities spread throughout the national territory.

Scalable Solution

The Voice in the Cloud is also fully scalable. This is because it offers packages from 50 numbers and the possibility of progressive tariff reduction as the base increases.

Still, its main differential is a fully digital portal, with secure access from any device connected to the internet, delivering total autonomy. Through it, the company will be able to request portability, monitor their status, check invoices, call a consultant via WhatsApp, among other possibilities.
